                               ORDINANCE NO. 10664
                 
                 
                 AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING SANITARY SEWER 
                 EASEMENTS LOCATED ON PROPERTIES OF WILL 
                 CUMMINGS HOME FOR THE AGED, INC., MORE 
                 PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND AS SHOWN ON 
                 THE MAP ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN 
                 BY REFERENCE.
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby 
       abandoned City of Chattanooga sanitary sewer easements located on 
       properties of Will Cummings Home for the Aged, Inc., Hamilton 
       County Tax Map 153, Parcel 027, as shown more particularly on the 
       map attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance 
       shall be effective two (2) weeks from and after its passage as 
       provided by law.
